Bank Robbery Suspects Caught in Mid-Missouri

Two suspects in an armed bank robbery in Holden, Missouri were arrested in
mid-Missouri Friday morning.
The holdup took place July 8th at a Farmer and Commercial Bank. After the robbery, the suspects shot at police as they fled the scene. Authorities say they later abandoned and burned the getaway car and stole a truck. The stolen vehicle was recovered Thursday in the Missouri River near Boonville.
Early Friday morning, one arrest was made at a motel in Columbia and later the second suspect was apprehended at a residence in Callaway County near Fulton.
The identities of the men or when they will appear in court is not yet known.
They are in FBI custody.
