Billy Mays May Have Suffered a Heart Attack

By KSPR News

It appears a heart attack could be the cause of famous TV pitchman Billy Mays' death.

A Florida medical examiner said the 50-year-old had hypertensive heart disease.

He said Mays was taking prescription painkillers Tramadol and Hydrocodone for hip pain, and there was no indication of drug abuse.

Mays is known for pitching "As Seen on TV” products like Oxiclean and Orange Glow.

He died in his home Sunday morning.
