More criminal charges were filed Monday against a former Greenfield teacher accused of having sex with a student.
Alison M. Peck faces statutory rape and sodomy charges in Dade and Lawrence counties.
Court documents reveal Peck began a relationship with a student by exchanging text messages. The student told detectives that relationship evolved into a sexual one.
Peck told detectives she first began having sex with the student in January at her residence in Mt. Vernon and at a local in rural Dade County.
Peck resigned her teaching position.
