Wall Street is feeling the backlash of its big bonuses.
Just a day after President Obama ripped executives for handing out $18 billion in bonuses last year, Congress may finally have had enough.
Missouri U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill is introducing a bill to cap compensation for employees of any company that accepts federal bailout money.
Employees could not make more than the President of the United States - $400,000.
