Stem Cell Lawsuit Back in Court

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Critics of embryonic stem cell research are back in court today seeking to block the state from using $21 million for life science grants.

The lawsuit filed by Missouri Roundtable for Life is similar to a suit tossed out in November by a Cole County judge who ruled that there was no genuine legal dispute to be decided.
