A hunter found the body and container on Nov. 15 in Laclede County. Investigators say the woman had been dead for more than a week.
She was between the ages of 25 and 45. She had light brown hair and manicured nails.
The woman had a surgical scar on her lower abdomen. Police say she had undergone a hysterectomy and gall bladder surgery.
