Some Springfield bank tellers got an unwelcome surprise right before the end of their day Friday… a man with a gun.
Police say a the man walked into the Bank of America on W. Sunshine at Grant around 2:45 Friday afternoon and showed a gun.
He demanded money then ran from the bank.
He is described as a black male between 40 and 50 years old, about six feet tall.
Call Springfield police if you have any information.
