The reported crime happened at 7060 E. Farm Road 164, in southeast Greene County.

According to the Greene County Sheriff's Department:

"The victim informed deputies upon his arrival home he was confronted by an un-identified assailant. The assailant utilized a pepper spray and physically hit the victim multiple times. After a period of time the assailant bound the victim and took his wallet and cell phone. The victim was able to free himself from the restraints and went to a friend’s house to call 911. Shortly after the deputies arrival the victim was transported to the hospital."
