After the kids, the job, the husband, the chores and everything else involved in running a household, finding time to workout is nearly impossible.
But you are not alone in that challenge. That's why more and more options are popping up. So moms who want to stay fit, can even if they bring their kids along for the ride.
Glynis Nelson and her band of moms stride through Battlefield Mall every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Glynis recently gave birth to her second child. She knew finding time to exercise would be hard. That's where Stroller Strides come in.

They power walk and stop at stations to do strength training. It keeps these moms fit and the babies entertained.
So no more excuses, whether you've got a newborn or a 10 year old there are exercise options popping up for moms and their kids and even for the entire family.
At ATA martial arts husband and wife team Richard and Kelly Harman have started a school specifically for families.
"It’s so hard for families to even eat together, this is a place they come together and workout"
And Kelly says besides spending quality time with the kids, moms...and dads, can get in shape.
"They’ll learn things to make them more physical fit, Endurance, flexibility and cardio"
If you need something more centering, the YMCA in Springfield offers family yoga. I took the class and even though I’m eight months pregnant, instructor Mona was able to modify the poses for me. So it's good if you're a mom to be or a mom like Dana Mirowski.
"Having Saturdays where you can all do something together you don't want to put them away somewhere"
That was the main reason Glynis started Stroller Strides, she wasn't really comfortable leaving her kids in the gym daycare. She says this let's her get fit and engage with her children at the same time.
"The best part is you're modeling fitness for your children, my 2 year old will grab exercise bands and say let's exercise"
