Update: Family says Christina "Paige" Alley may be in the Springfield area where Levi Carlson's sister attends college.
Missouri issued an Amber Alert for two missing teenagers Tuesday.
The Clinton County Sheriffs Department believes 16 year old Levi Carlson abducted 14 year old Christina Paige Alley.
The two were last seen Friday night at a high school football game in Lathrop... that’s about 40 miles north of Kansas City.
Authorities believe Carlson and Alley are traveling together, possibly to Little Rock, Arkansas, Greenwood, Indiana, or Estes Park, Colorado.
Carlson is bipolar and hasn't taken his medication since Friday.
Witness last saw them in a 1996 maroon Toyota Avalon with Missouri plates PD0-A5U.
