Arkansas Law Officer is accused of raping woman in her home

A law officer in North Arkansas is charged with Rape and Kidnapping.

The Sheriff of Boone County, Arkansas says Constable Don Evans of Batavia is accused of using a weapon to coerce a woman into having sex in her home.

The alleged rape happened last Wednesday, Evans was arrested on Friday.
