Springfield police arrested a man on a riding lawnmower this afternoon.
They say he's suspected of driving drunk.
Officers conducted a field sobriety test on the man at the corner of Glenstone and Page near the water tower.
Police say the man was accused of sideswiping a pickup truck as he cut the grass.
At one point he was driving down Glenstone on the lawnmower.
Driving drunk on a lawnmower carries the same penalty as driving a car.
