Springfield Man Seriously Injured in Wakeboarding Accident

A Springfield man was seriously injured on Bull Shoals Lake near Kirbyville Saturday afternoon.
50-year-old Matthew Key fell while wakeboarding and lost consciousness.
He was pulled into the boat by family members, who then performed CPR until EMS arrived.
Key was airlifted to Cox South in Springfield where he underwent surgery for a closed head injury.
He is still considered in serious condition.
