Judge to start sorting out Election Day mess

By Kyle Bosch

A judge in Webster County will start sorting out what to do about an Election Day mix up Thursday afternoon.

During the August 5th election some people in Webster County were given the wrong ballots which had them vote for the wrong county commission seat.

The Southern County Commissioner race was decided by just four votes.

The judge could now call for a recount or even a whole new vote.

The hearing in the case starts at 1:00 PM in Marshfield.
