Just in time for Holiday Weekend, tougher boating laws in Missouri

Just in time for one of the busiest boating weekends of the summer, Missouri has a tougher boating while intoxicated law.

Missouri Governor Matt Blunt signed a law Friday that lowers the legal intoxication limit to .08
That's the same threshold for driving a car drunk.

The law also says anyone who causes a death while boating drunk is guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
