Council: Reverse 911 and BKD Building

Springfield City Council moved one big project forward, made a down payment for a reverse 9-1-1 system and discussed tax incentives for new businesses.
The approval of a development agreement paved the way for a new office building to be constructed at the corner of John Q Hammons Parkway and St. Louis Street. It will be an office for accounting firm BKD.
Also council approved accepting a grant for a down payment on a reverse 9-1-1 system for Greene County.
