At least 17 tornadoes were reported in Kansas on Friday.
Two people were killed in the south central portion of the state and at least six people were injured.
The two dead were discovered in a vehicle 13 miles east of Pratt County early Saturday morning.
Dozens of homes and power lines were damaged both in Pratt and Gove County.
Officials say the tornadoes started forming around 4:30 Friday afternoon and didn't subside until midnight.
Oklahoma ran into some twister trouble too.
Saturday afternoon an Oklahoma pig farm took a direct from a tornado.
Six people were working on the farm near Hennessey when the storm rolled through, but there were no human casualties, but several pigs died.
The system dropped up to seven tornadoes Saturday afternoon, mostly in rural northwestern Oklahoma.
