I know that every eye witness will see something different. I am Dwight "DJ"'s sister. I have spoken with the police. They told me DJ was stopped at the stop light, the light was red, the truck driver also was stopped. The light turned green and I now have to figure out how to not have a big brother and best friend. DJ was a truck driver for Prime. He was not oblivious to what it takes to drive a truck. I waited to post this until I got information from the police to know the facts.

Although we met DJ several years ago, we didn't have the opportunity to talk a great deal with him til about a month ago when DJ's dad had heart surgery. What a great, fun-loving person he was! He told so many stories and jokes; he kept us laughing all evening. Our thoughts and prayers go out to DJ's family. He will be missed.

I wish people would be more thoughtful about what they are writing. Keep in mind that Dwight is part of a family. He was a husband, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, step-father, grandson, and friend. Give the family & friends some respect and maybe send your thoughts and prayers, not whose fault it was. We all loved him and will miss him very much!!!! With love from us all!!! The Wattier Family (sister-in-law and family)

Why do you always blame the truck drivers, it's not always there fault. I see so many people pull right in front of them knowing they can not stop on a dime.If you are driving real close upon them they can not see you. Thanks to the eyewitness for the truth. Stop blaming the truck drivers fro all the wrecks that they are involved in.
