Under the Influence on the Job

By KSPR News

It's no secret many people enjoy a drink or two on the weekends, but more and more of those habits are carrying into the workplace.

According to a new British survey done for a health insurer one in three workers admits to coming into work hung over at least once.

Of those, 85% said it hindered their job performance, including falling asleep on the clock.

While employers see the behavior as a waste of time some workers think knocking back a few stirs up their creative juices.

More than 40% in Britain’s media and creative world confessed to actually working while drunk.
