Red Cross Closes Shelters, Opens Service Centers

By KSPR News

The Red Cross closed the Seneca shelter because no one stayed there Monday night. This means there are no more shelters open.

However, two service centers opened Tuesday.o.

You can find it at 2650 Oakridge Extensions.

Until further notice, this service center will remain open every day from 9 to 6 p.m.

Besides supplies, you can get one-on-one help with Red Cross volunteer caseworkers at this location.

The second service center is located at the First Baptist Church in Newtonia. It will remain open daily from 9 to 6 p.m.
