A rescuer in Tacoma, Washington lifted a dog to safety Wednesday
after it slipped down a hillside in Point Defiance Park.
The dog was with it's owner and another dog when it slid more than 100 feet down the cliff.
The man went to the bottom of the cliff, but still couldn't reach the animal.
A firefighter with the Tacoma Fire Department gently roped down the cliff, grabbed the dog, and took it to the bottom.
The hug at the bottom pretty much tells the story.
