Smokeless Cigarette Butts Out Bans

By KSPR News

People can always find a way around the rules.

A state-wide smoking ban in Arizona is no exception.

This may look like a willful disregard of the state's law, but what he's doing is far from illegal.

That’s a smokeless cigarette Ron McDonald’s smoking.

And the "smoke" that's coming out is actually an odorless water vapor.

It’s about the size of a pen with a water container and nicotine cartridge inside so smokers can get their fix without breaking the law.

McDonald holds exclusive rights to importing the cigarette, called Crown7, to the US.

The Government has not stated that if Hospitals want to continue recieving Mecicaid reimbursement they have to ban all tobacco use on their property. This is a product that can relieve a smokers stress at it's most intense moments. When their families are ill and facing end of life moments.

People are amazed when I bring this cigarette out of my purse and start puffing away. Illinois became a no-smoking state Jan. 1st. We are 8 days into the New Year and I still carry around the phamplet daily to PROVE this is not a cigarette. It Definitely has stopped my cravings to go outside and smoke in the cold windy city. Ron Mcdonald is a genius!!!
