Dream Home

This year's Dream Home is located at 351 W. Monarch Wood Drive, Nixa, MO 65714 in the Kelby Creek subdivision.

Tickets:

There are a limited amount of tickets, only 6,000 will be sold.

They are $100 each.

To get your 2011 St. Jude Dream Home tickets call 1-800-870-2980, or you can pick them up at: Regions Bank, Family Pharmacy or Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realtors.

You can also buy them during the open house events.

Open House Events:

They start May 7th and go until June 19th.

Stop by the house Saturdays 9am-5pm, Sundays noon-5pm.

If you visit the Dream Home you can register to win a $5,000 shopping spree from Brashears Furniture. You don't have to buy a Dream Home ticket to enter the $5,000 shopping spree, just stop by the during the open house events.

Dream Home:

This year's Dream Home was built by Jeff Fahrlander of Fahrlander Custom Homes.

The house is 3,800 square feet and valued at approximately $400,000.

It has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, three car garage, walkout basement with web bar and wine cabinet, hardwood floors, 2 fireplaces, over-sized master closet and walk-in shower, custom moldings and trim, storm shelter, alarm system, Energy Star foam insulation, playroom with mural, screened-in porch, and so much more.
