SPRINGFIELD, MO - Every Spring, ArtsFest arrives and brings out dozens of vendors and artists and thousands of people. This year the weather was perfect. Stretching from National to John Q. Hammons Blvd., tents lined the historic avenue with displays of art, photography, jewelry, pottery, food, and music.
