SPRINGFIELD, MO - Over 8,000 people came out on a foggy Thanksgiving morning to run in the city's annual 5K Turkey Trot. People of all ages (including a few pets) came out and ran to help benefit the Ozarks Food Harvest. This year saw the creation of the Qualifying Wave which allows the serious runners to start first, and allows the average runners to run at their own pace. This year's attendance topped last year's record attendance of 7,155.
