Man faces murder charge after woman dies of heroin overdose in Pulaski County

WAYNESVILLE, Mo. -- A man from St. Robert is in the Pulaski County Jail on a murder charge after investigators say a woman died of an apparent heroin overdose.  Joseph Fraley, 45, is accused of causing the death of his niece, Melanie Fraley, 32.
