SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Flu cases in Greene County spike to the highest numbers yet this winter.
The Springfield-Greene County Health Department reports cases jumped to 242 through January 12, an increase of 89 cases compared to last week. Overall, the health department reports 621 confirmed cases during this flu season's counting period. Last season, health leaders confirmed 507 cases.
