SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Efforts to prevent the spread of the flu are paying off for the Springfield-Greene County Health Department.
Health leaders report cases of the flu dropped by 40 compared to a week ago. This past week was the first cases did not rise since reporting resumed in November.
Health leaders remind us we are still in the middle of flu season.
