SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Crime Stoppers asks for help locating fugitive Amanda Owens, who is wanted in Greene County on charges of failure to appear in court to face a charge of possession of a controlled substance, first-degree tampering, and using false identification.
Owens, 22, is white, about 5-foot-6 and 115 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
