Video: Springfield lawmaker posts video of gun owner firing shots at Democrat's anti-gun legislation

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- A state representative from Springfield is firing back, literally, at proposed legislation that would ban Missourians from owning assault weapons.  Republican Rep. Eric Burlison posted a video on YouTube on Tuesday of him asking gun owners what they think of a bill by a Democrat from St. Louis that would ban the sale of assault weapons and require Missouri gun owners to turn in their automatic weapons.

In the video, a gun owner tells Burlison he likes the bill -- for target practice.
