SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- According to health experts, the electronic cigarette is more popular than ever.  According to a new study by the CDC, e-cigarette use is at an all time high.  The number of people using them doubled from 2010 to 2011.

Springfield tobacco shop owner Don Johnson has noticed the increase in sales.  He keeps several different types in stock and believes the spike is partly due to their drop in price.

Users say they are a healthier option and they can smoke them inside.
