Pictures: Springfield Feral Cats

Feral cats are a growing problem around the Ozarks and particularly within Springfield's city limits. Animal control officials say all it takes is one person to decide to feed a cat to have the cat population begin to duplicate. Animal control officials say the best way to reduce the feral cat population is to get them spayed and neutered.
