Pictures: Fire forces evacuation on Missouri State campus
A fire started in Temple Hall on the campus of Missouri State University around 3:00pm Wednesday afternoon. Although many of them thought it was just a drill, students and staff quickly evacuated the building. When Springfield fire crews arrived, they found a fire in a fourth floor chemistry lab. Fire officials say no chemicals were involved in the blaze, and no one was injured. The cause is still under investigation, but it's believed the fire started accidentally.
