Pictures: Fatal wreck near Monett
One person died after a crash in Monett this morning, that involved a semi-truck and another vehicle.
The Missouri Highwy Patrol reported Mary J. West, 63, of Granby, Mo., died when her Ford Escort collided with the semi-truck. The patrol reported West was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The wreck, which occurred on U.S. Highway 60 near Jack Henry, shut down the highway for a time.
