Snow on the way to the Ozarks

Especially North and West

Another week, another chance of snow for the Ozarks. An area of low pressure is working its way here from Texas. It'll bring several rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms throughout the afternoon.

Overnight, this will convert into an rain/snow mix (around midnight). Very early Tuesday morning, much of it will have converted to snow. Areas to the NW will see significantly more totals, on the order of 4-6".

List your upcoming event on the KSPR Community Calendar, click here.

Because of this, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for much of the Ozarks until noon on Tuesday, while a Winter Storm Warning is in effect for those to the northwest of Bolver. Some light flurries will be continuing through Tuesday as well.

Be sure to tune into KSPR News at 4pm for the most updated look at your forecast.
