Today, we're expected that cold front we've been telling you about. It'll pass through Springfield early this afternoon bringing just a few showers to the area. What you will really notice is the temperature drop - from the 70s to the mid 30s overnight.
Because of this trend, a Freeze Watch will be in effect for Friday and Saturday night. Highs over the weekend will at least manage the low 50s with abundant sunshine.
