Big rig crashes into Nevada restuarant (Brandon Claspill / October 19, 2012) |
NEVADA, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a semi truck crashed into the Quick Dine restaurant here around 5 p.m. Friday, killing Joseph Cole, 54, of Nevada.
John Becker of Nevada and Roger Berning of El Dorado Springs suffered serious injuries. Pamela Hoover of Nevada was also injured.
Troopers say a car driven by Patrick Crews pulled onto the highway in front of the big rig driven by Daniel Coffman, who swerved and plowed into the restaurant. Neither driver was hurt. Both men are from Nevada.
