Animal advocates are outraged because someone beat eight puppies to death, offering reward for information

Maries County, Mo. - Animal advocates are outraged and raising reward money to catch someone they say abused animals. Advocates from the Pulaski County Humane Society say someone beat eight puppies to death. A neighbor found the bodies of the puppies in rural Dixon near the Pulaski and Maries County line.
