2012 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway

The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® is a community service project sponsored by Fahrlander Custom Homes, Olde Ivy Development, KSPR 33, 94.7 KTTS, Hometown Furniture and national sponsors, Brizo and Shaw to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. A newly built home, along with other high-end prizes will be given away on June 24, 2012.

TICKETS: $100 tickets are available at www.dreamhome.org or by calling (800) 870-2980 for a chance to win the St. Jude Dream Home or other prizes. Last year we sold out of tickets, so you'll want to hurry and buy yours now.

GRAND PRIZE: The first place prize is the St. Jude Dream Home house! One lucky person can win this brand new house built by Fahrlander Custom Homes, featuring:

- 4 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, 2,800 square feet

- Valued at approximately $350,000

- Oversized kitchen with island

- Custom molding and trim details

- Walk-in tile shower

- Barrel ceiling in the entry

- Office and formal dining room

GRAND OPENINGS: The Grand Prize house will be open to the public every weekend May 12 - June 17. It will be open Saturdays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sundays noon - 5 p.m.

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE The house is located at 2515 E. German Ivy St., Springfield, Mo., 65804. To get there, from US-60 eastbound, take the exit toward US-65 Business. Take a left onto East Republic St. Turn right onto South Nature Center Way. Veer right onto South Lakehill Ave. Take the first right onto East Olde Ivy St. Turn left onto Irish Ivy St. Turn right onto East German Ivy St. The house is on the corner.

OPEN HOUSE PRIZE: Just for visiting the house, you can register FREE to win a $10,000 shopping spree, courtesy of Hometown Furniture. You do not have to buy a ticket to the house giveaway to be eligible for this, but must stop by the house during one of the open houses.

OTHER PRIZES: One out of every 500 ticket buyers has a chance to win a prize valued at $500 or more. 11 prizes will be given away including:

ST. JUDE GIVEAWAY SPECIAL ON JUNE 24TH

Join KSPR 33 for a two-hour special on the St. Jude Dream Home on June 24, 2012. Joe Daues, Leigh Moody, Lauren Matter, Kevin Lighty, and newcomer Lindsey Slater will all join together for the special. We'll show you the dream home, take you to St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, and interview several Ozarks families who have St. Jude to thank for saving a child's life.
