2012 MDA Show of Strength
KSPR is partnering with the Muscular Dystrophy Association this year to bring you the 2012 MDA Telethon, "Show of Strength," along with two local music shows to raise money for the MDA.
Join us Sunday, Sept. 2, for the MDA Show of Strength as Chief Meteorologist Kevin Lighty and Meteorologist Lindsey Slater will be at the Oasis in Springfield with the Rockabilly Kings performing at 7 p.m. that evening, and the Lennon/Cathcart Show at 8:30. MDA is asking for a $5 donation at the door for that concert.
Leigh Moody and Joe Daues will be at Branson Landing that evening as well, with Members Only playing at 5:30 and Chain Reaction, a Journey tribute band, at 8 p.m. Tickets are free, but for a $10 donation, you can get VIP seating at the front.
