Just two months ago KSPR helped the Home Builder's Association Charitable foundation give away the 2009 St. Jude Dream Home. Believe it or not, it's time to start thinking about next year's Dream Home
Next year's Dream Home will be in Kelby Creek. It's in Nixa about two miles south of Highway 14.
Builder Jeff Fahrlander will build the home on this land, which is just a plot of grass right now.
The residential community is brand new and the Dream Home will be one of the first homes there.
Fahrlander said
"I'm really excited about building in Kelby Creek. It's just a mile and a half from Highway 14 in Nixa. It's a short little drive. When you drive in and you see the beautiful clock tower and what this development is trying to bring to the city of Nixa. Everybody will be thoroughly excited."
The house will have a rustic look with wood beams. Kelby Creek features wooded lots ... walking trails ... .and ponds. A clubhouse and pool should be finished by the Spring.
