Celebrity C-sections: Guess who's too posh to push
Fear. Convenience. Emergency. All are among the reasons why some celeb moms' babies are born via C-section. And it's not just Hollywood moms: The rate of
caesarean sections are rising worldwide -- surpassing recommendations by the World Health Organization that C-sections make up less than 15% of all births. In the U.S., about 1 in 4 babies was born by C-section in 2004, according to the CDC.

Victoria Beckham
The former Spice Girl had C-sections for all three of her sons with soccer star David Beckham, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz. Doctors have told VIctoria that she could damage her body if she has a fourth caesarean. But she's still longing for a daughter. Doctors are concerned the 35-year-old could need an emergency hysterectomy if the op goes wrong.
