A Reason Why Drinkers Make Bad Decisions

By KSPR News

There may be a reason why a drunk friend gets real brave after throwing back a few.

New research found social drinkers' brains are less sensitive to threatening situations.

On top of that, alcohol enhances drinkers' sense of accomplishment, so they have less fear.

Researchers feel this may be the reason why a lot of drinkers get themselves into risky situations after they have a few drinks.

The research is in this week's issue of the Journal of Neuroscience.
