When you're on the road, there's a good chance some people around you are driving under the influence.

A new national report found 15% of adult Americans admitted to drunk driving at least once in the past year.

That means about 30 million people every year get behind the wheel drunk.

The problem was worse in some states. One in four drivers in Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Minnesota drove drunk in the last year.
