Meet CC, Nathaniel, and Theo… triplets who, along with a teenage big brother, keep their mom hopping.
Russ Bone – Father of 4 says, “She definitely spends a fair portion of time just caring for the regular day to day needs, like having clean clothes and transportation, and you know, putting a band-aid on a skinned knee, trying to help deal with conflicts.”
Sandra Lundberg – Counselor, Focus on the Family says, “Oftentimes we talk about roles that moms play as changing hats… think about it in terms of sometimes moms are changing so many hats they don’t even remember what their hair looks like!”
With Mother’s Day this weekend, it’s a great time to remind busy moms how valuable they are – mothers really do have the most important job in the world!
Gail Bone – Mother of 4 says, “I love being a mom because I get to laugh every day… and I love watching them grow up, they’re so different, to see their personalities developing in such different ways… and see their strengths coming out.”
Sandra says, “She’s teaching that child that he or she has value and worth.”
This Mother’s Day, be sure to express your love and appreciation to your own mom, and to your wife if she’s a mom. Russ had these words for Gail.
Russ says, “The job that you do that does frequently go kind of unnoticed and unrewarded… but I certainly want to say I see the value of it, and just love the way you go about it.”
