Music is just the beginning of Branson’s magnetic draw. Silver Dollar City, the area’s international award-winning theme park, offers guests an 1880s view of Ozarks tradition, more than 100 demonstrating craftsmen, rustic food, period costumes, shows, six themed festivals and cozy hospitality. Thrilling themed rides and roller coasters give kids of all ages a day of thrills.

Celebration City offers experiences in 20th century America from the late-Victorian era to the 1930s Atlantic City Boardwalk amusements and the nostalgic Route 66 atmosphere of the 1950s and 1960s. Each evening culminates in a spectacular multi-media laser light production.

Water parks bring refreshing fun to the entertainment scene in Branson. White Water offers something for everyone from small children to their grandparents with its wave pool, lazy river and collection of water adventure activities. Splash Country is Missouri's first indoor water park with a 1,000 gallon tipping bucket and many other year-round amusements.

Indoor and outdoor miniature golf courses, zany, patriotic, toy, animal, historical and butterfly museums; a scenic railway excursion, several go cart tracks, a six-story movie screen featuring Hollywood hit films and documentaries, family fun centers and other attractions offer visitors of all ages a vacation packed with non-stop activities. With dozens of entertaining attractions, visitors will never run out of things to do.

Spending the day garnering great deals is part of an exciting vacation for many Branson/Lakes Area visitors. The recent addition of a well over 500,000 square feet of new retail space makes Branson one of the top shopping destinations in the Midwest. Branson Landing offers more than 100 name brand shops, galleries and specialty gift shops as well as a Belk Department Store and Bass Pro Shops store. The 65,000 square foot Branson Mill Craft Village includes anchor tenant Mountain Man Nut and Fruit, 150 craft exhibits, and on-site working craftsmen.
 
One of the top outlet mall destinations in the country, Branson is a hot spot for bargain hunters. Three unique factory outlet malls –Factory Merchants Branson (also known as the Red Roof Mall), Tanger Outlet Center and The Shoppes at Branson Meadows together offer more than 200 retailers, where shoppers can expect to save 25-65 percent every day on designer name goods including house wares, clothing, shoes, luggage, jewelry, accessories, specialty items and more. 
In addition to the outlet stores, distinctive shops, an original artisan mall called Engler Block, with its demonstrating craftsmen, shopping villages including the upscale Grand Village more than two dozen stores and quaint cobblestone streets, large craft centers featuring traditional and modern crafts, souvenirs, collectibles, fine art and Christmas décor items, large shopping complexes, plenty of gift shops and specialty stores will send shoppers on an endless treasure hunt.     

Downtown, a tree-lined historic district with an old-fashioned 5 & 10, more than 100 retailers and restaurants, several historic sites and a self-guided map tour just uphill from the Taneycomo lakefront and the new Branson Landing offer a leisurely afternoon. Branson is a shopper’s oasis, every day of the year.
