Chicago's TV connection: Our small screen stars
Jane Lynch, Danny Pudi, Lauren Lapkus, Busy Philipps ... The list goes on and on. Chicago-born, bred or trained actors are all over our TVs. This updated list begins with actors from news shows who were either born in or around Chicago, trained here or spent a significant amount of time here. I stuck with actors from scripted series; no reality TV people. I'm sure I forgot some, so please leave a comment and I can update the gallery.

Jessy Schram of "Once Upon a Time" & "Falling Skies"
The Skokie native and 2004 graduate of Buffalo Grove High School stars as Cinderella/Ashley Boyd in ABC's "Once Upon a Time." She worked in Chicago theater as a child before landing TV roles. You can see her again this summer in TNT's "Falling Skies."
