NEW YORK (AP) -- Even though they've been spotted smooching on the beach, Shannon Elizabeth continues to refuse to confirm or deny having a relationship with her partner on "Dancing With the Stars," Derek Hough.

Kelly Ripa asked them flat out on "Live With Regis and Kelly," "is there a romance between you two?" Hough hemmed and hawed, looked at Elizabeth and started laughing. So Ripa asked the audience what they thought and they shouted "Yes!" Ripa said "our audience is never wrong" and Elizabeth added "I know, I know, you have the best audience around." That prompted Regis Philbin to say "I'm just guessing,
but I think the answer is yes!"
