Edwin Frederick O'Brien is installed as the 15th Archbishop of Baltimore today at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen during a Mass of Installation. He is the successor to Cardinal William H. Keeler. He's pictured outside the Cathedral during the procession of Seminarians, Deacons, and Priests.
