A rep for Vanessa Hudgens tells TMZ.com that a nude photo circulating on the Internet is, in fact, one of Hudgens.

The rep says the photo was "taken privately," and calls the matter "unfortunate." Hudgens is currently dating her "High School Musical" co-star Zac Efron.

The Disney Channel is denying a published report that says Hudgens is going to be dropped from the upcoming film "High School Musical 3."

And that's about all that Disney is saying about Hudgens, an 18-year-old actress who's seen not only in the first two of the wildly popular "High School Musical" movies, but also in a nude photo that's circulating around the Internet.

She portrays Gabriella, the brainy love interest of Zac Efron's basketball star character, in the first two of the made-for-cable movies. The two are said to be dating in real life.

The premiere of the second movie was the most-watched TV program of the summer. The third movie is in development, and negotiations with the stars are incomplete.
